That's awesome. I can't imagine how cold they must have felt getting out of that water. When I was in the Navy, back in my younger and dumber days, I joined the Polar Bear Club in Lake Michigan one fine January morning. It was about 20-25 degrees outside; no idean how cold the water was. We had to swim to a buoy about 20-30 yards out and back. I could not feel my legs for hours afterwards. Walking in the snow back to the bonfire and festivities they had set up felt like I was walking on glass on my bare feet. Good times.
These guys are crazy. It took a lot of skill (or alcohol) to hide how cold and hurting they were.
Oh yeah, Merry Christmas!
